Former Union solider and Colorado rancher Ned Bracken wants nothing more than to enjoy a quiet life with his family. Instead, he's hounded by representatives from the railroad who want him to sell his land to make way for a new track to be put down. But when raiders burn his ranch and kidnap his wife, Ned is pushed too far. Now he's out for blood and determined to find his beloved wife, Betsy. In a race against time Ned must battle outlaws, tie-down artists and ghosts from his troubled past to rescue Betsy - and also redeem himself in his own personal war.
