Robert Zaal

Robert Zaal, born in 1953, studied business administration in Würzburg, Germany and subsequently pursued further training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), intercultural communication, and career coaching including finding one's true calling. His greatest lessons, however, were taught to him by life's encounters and the diverse people he has worked with and supported throughout his career. With years of experience as a career consultant, trainer, and coach for qualified professionals and executives, Robert specializes in career-related topics. His main focus lies in the areas of successful and authentic self-presentation, job application concepts, job interviews, and finding one's calling. After working nearly 20 years as a civil servant and career counselor for the German Employment Agency , Robert resigned from his secure government position. He set out on an adventurous journey, discovered his own calling and establishing himself as a trainer and coach with his own business.
