This is a motivationally based metaphysical book. I am 45 years old and look 20 years younger. In the book I tell about myself, my experiences and my secrets to keep me so.

I talk about how my lifestyle works well for me, how I got there, and what experiences are instrumental in keeping myself intact over time. To do so I chose ten secrets to analyze them with the reader.
