'How'zit, Sir!' simply had to be written. It contains a collection of anecdotes that should be enjoyed by anyone who has had anything to do with childhood, puberty, adolescence, adulthood and geriatrics - it therefore follows that there should be something for everybody in this book. Ninety-nine percent of what is written here is true; all the characters really do bear a resemblance to persons you might know or have known or who might be similar to someone you know.
